Return and Refund Policy

At RABBAN, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience,  one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we  believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a  list of all our policies. Defective Products  

You are only entitled to a refund if the products are defective. You may only request the exchange or refund of the items you purchased starting from 7 (days) following the delivery of your order if the item proved to be defective.  

 If you received a defective product, you must follow all of the steps below in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange.   

  1. You must inform us immediately via our e-mail elrabban@gmail.com regarding the  reason for your request to return the items. You may only request the exchange or  refund of the items you purchased starting from 7 (days) following the delivery of  your order if the item proved to be defective. If you fail to request a return starting  from 7 (days) following the delivery of your order, you will not be eligible to  request a refund or exchange. 
  2. Within the email, attach clear pictures and video footage of the defect. 3. Please return the items to the following address:

  1. Our team will review your request and get back to you within 20-25 working days. 
  2. The items you wish to return must be in an unused condition and packed in their original packaging alongside your purchase invoice. Refunds or exchanges will only be accepted if the items are proven to have a factory defect or error upon  inspection by the RABBAN team. RABBAN cannot accept returns or  exchanges  where items have been used or destroyed or show signs of wear after  purchase.  
  1. You will only receive your refund or exchange only upon RABBAN's teams’ inspection. 
  2. Once we receive your claimed defective product, our team will closely inspect it and only will refund or exchange it if the team did clearly find proof of the defect. 

Refunds for returned items will be provided in four weeks of the return of the product to the original purchaser's credit card or the payment method. Note that extra duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. 

Products purchased on sale are not accepted for return or exchange. Non-defective products/general exchange 

If you were not satisfied after purchasing a non-defected item from this Site, you are able to request an exchange only.

Shipping Policy 

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy: 

Shipment Processing time 

All local and international orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Domestic/local Shipping Policy 

Shipping charges are at a flat rate of BHD 2 per order. Shipping is available to all areas in the Kingdom of Bahrain, except for Durrat Al Bahrain. 

International Shipping Policy 

International orders are accepted. 

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. Please allow additional 15-30 working days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you through your email address. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout depending on product weight.

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking  

International orders will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 72 hours.   

Shipping Type  

International shipment will be done via international standard mail shipping. Local  shipment will be delivered by RABBAN's team.  

Customs, Duties, and Taxes  

RABBAN is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees  imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes,  etc.).  

Damages  

RABBAN is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received  your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please  save all  packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
